At Paramount Plumbing Supplies, your satisfaction with the delivery and purchase of your new bathroom, kitchen or laundry products is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with the delivery of your products, we urge you to contact us immediately at 0800 722 098 and we can assist you with any concerns.

Shipping

Free shipping within New Zealand when you spend over $100

All orders under $100 incur a flat shipping rate of $10.00 per order.

Please note, we can only ship to physical addresses, and do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Times

Please allow couriers 2-3 days for delivery in the South Island and 3-5 days in the North Island. Unfortunately, delays in courier times are out of our control. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only.

Deliveries take place Monday – Friday. Once the courier has picked up your order from Paramount Plumbing Supplies, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Delivering to Commercial Premises

If you are having your purchase delivered to a commercial premise, please ensure the full name of the business is in the delivery address section of your order details.

Website Returns Policy

Ensuring you are happy with your purchase and the delivery of your new bathroomware is important to us. We kindly ask that you review our returns policies outlined below.

Cancelling Your Order

If you require us to cancel your online order, please contact us immediately. If you cancel before you order is dispatched, we can provide a full refund*. If the goods have been sent, but you have not received the item(s) at the time of cancellation, we can refund you the cost* of the product but not the delivery fee.
* All cancelations or returns of custom and special-order products incur a minimum restock fee of 20%.

Returning Your Order

You are able to return goods within 30 days from when you received your order. All returns must be returned in their original, re-sellable condition, which includes original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the goods and the printed purchase details to your nearest Paramount Plumbing Supplies. If accepted, we will refund you the cost of the product, but not the delivery fee.

Faulty Products and Warranties

All goods sold by Paramount Plumbing Supplies are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty. If you have a faulty product, please contact us or visit your nearest Paramount Plumbing Supplies branch, and we will advise you on the best way to activate the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Where it applies, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Paramount Plumbing. If the goods sold are deficient or are faulty, we have the obligation to repair, replace or refund.
